专家团队针对品牌下一阶段发展提出了关键战略议题,包括如何突破华人社区、拓展主流市场,以及在定价与市场定位方面的优化策略。不过,要解决这些问题并助力品牌在澳洲主流市场及其他国际市场实现扩张,仍需开展深入的学术研究与市场分析。
The GBRC Advises "Xiannv Mountain" on Global Expansion Strategy
IBS – GBRC recently hosted Mr Wang Xuequan, the founder of the high-oxygen water brand "Xiannv Mountain Snow Spring," The team led by A/Prof Jun Dai have heled the meeting to discuss a potential strategic consultation on global expansion.
Xiannv Mountain is positioning itself as a premium, health-oriented, and safety-driven natural water product processed via physical purification. The product was exported to Australia as a testing ground and the founder aims to expand the export. In Australia, the brand was certified by AUAGRO, and placed in small size supermarkets focusing on the Chinese community.
Key strategic challenges was outlined for the next phase, such as expanding beyond the Chinese community, pricing and market positioning. However, serious research and market analysis need to be conducted in order to solve these issues and help the brand to expand in the broader market in Australia and other international markets.
